
本協會自1999年成立,以推廣健康養生太極武術、提倡多元、包容、和諧為修學基礎,帶動社區健身健康為理念。
太極拳是發展最快的健身形式之一,現在全世界都在練習,遍及台灣、所有亞洲國家、美國、歐洲和澳大利亞,它適合所有年齡和健康水平的人練習,一些經譣證實的好處包括,更好的平衡性和靈活性,以及減輕壓力和提高免役力。
本協會經常受邀與學校多元文化教學和表演, 宗教團體節慶表演、社團及老人之家的娛樂表演,我們也經常參與國內外比賽等等。
教學項目:健身氣功、楊式太極拳及陳式太極拳、太極劍、太極刀, 棍棒及太极功夫扇 。

The association was established in 1999, with the concept of promoting Tai Chi martial arts for health and wellness, advocating diversity, tolerance and harmony as the basis of study, and promoting community fitness and health.
Tai Chi is one of the fastest growing forms of fitness and is now practiced all over the world, in Taiwan, all Asian countries, the United States, Europe and Australia, it is suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels to practice, some proven benefits include better balance and flexibility, as well as reduced stress and improved immunity.
The association is often invited to multicultural teaching and performances in schools, festival performances of religious groups, entertainment performances in associations and homes for the elderly.
Members of the association often participate in both domestic and foreign competitions.
